CALL ME THE ARSENE WENGER OF GHANA FOOTBALL

Coach of Sekondi Hasaacas, Yusif Basigi has
stirred controversy by claiming to be the Arsene
Wenger of Ghana football.
Arsene Wenger is the coach of English Premier
League side Arsenal and is respected worldwide
for his ability to spot and develop unknown
talents into global superstars.
Asked why he claims he ascribes himself with a
coach who hardly wins trophies, Yusif Basigi
said, “Yes I am the Arsene Wenger of Ghana
football because my career has been dominated
by the development of talents. I have scouted
and developed many talents who are currently
making waves in the First Capital Plus Premier
League. If Wenger is known for developing
talents, then I qualify to be the Arsene Wenger
of Ghana Football”.
