Division One League side Tema Youth must pay $17,500 as
arbitration fee to CAS before the judicial body sits on their case
against the Ghana FA, GHANAsoccernet.com can reveal.
The Tema-based side, who appear not to be financially sound must find the money in time to avoid the case being thrown out.
Tema Youth have dragged the Ghana FA to the Court of Arbitration
for Sport after they failed in their protest against Dreams FC on all
the three recognized judicial bodies of the federation.
The Ghanaian side has resolved to see the matter to it logical
conclusion, but it appears it's not going to be easy on their finances.
The long-drawn legal tussle has largely contributed to the delay start of the Ghana Premier League.
Youth have been ordered to pay the cash or forget about pursuing the matter at the international judicial body.
