Former Black Stars coach Kwesi Appiah has said that former Stars player Sulley Ali Muntari to be forgiven.
Muntari wrote to the Ghana Football Association on Tuesday to apologize for his violent behaviour in Brazil where he attacked and beat up a then team official Moses Armah.
Suprisingly, two years has passed for the Al Ittihad Jeddah star to say sorry for his behaviour.
Public opinion is against Muntari to be recalled into the team as many have questioned the genuineness of his latest action.
Appiah, who is the coach of Sudanese side Al Khartoum, wants Muntari to be given another chance.
"Muntari does not forgive, but I believe he is now an adult or grown man and has learnt to forgive so if he has come out to apologise, I think he must be forgiven as well," .
