GHANA TO PLAY IN COSAFA CUP

GHANASoccernet.com can exclusively report that
Ghana are one of the two guests nations for the
2015 COSAFA Cup for senior national teams.
The Black Stars have been joined by Tanzania to
replace Angola and Comoros Islands meaning 12 of
the 14 countries under COSAFA would be
competing.
The tournament will be held in South Africa from
17-30 May. Per the format, the eight lowest
ranked sides according to the FIFA rankings in
February will compete in the round-robin stage.
They have been drawn into two Groups of four
each.
The top teams in each group will advance to the
knockout stage, where the six higher ranked sides
including Ghana will join the tournament from the
quarterfinals onwards.
2015 CASAFA CUP Draw:

Group B: Seychelles, Madagascar, Mauritius,
Swaziland
