BLACK STARS TO REJECT $5000 BONUS AHEAD OF AFCON

In sports,it is alleged that the Senior national team of Ghana the"Black Stars "are said to reject the $5000 bonus the MOYS and play the Equatorial
Guinea 2015 African cup of nations tournament
free of charge should the Ministry of Youth and
Sports refuse to pay them $15000 as winning
bonuses.
Our outfit has gathered that the players are not
comfortable with the reduction of their winning
bonuses.
The drastic reduction of the stars bonuses from
$15000 to $5000 is in effect of the team’s
shambolic performance in the Brazil 2014
mundial.
Ghana picked just a point in three matches
marking the country’s worst performance in the
history of world cup since its maiden
participation in Germany 2006 reaching the
round 16 stage and subsequently becoming the
third country in Africa to play at the quarter
final stage in South Africa 2010.
Our impeccable check reveals the players are not
satisfied with the Ministry’s decision of cutting
down their bonuses to $5000 in the continental
show piece.

Minister Hon. Mahama Ayariga will meet the
team on camp at the Lizzy sports complex on
Saturday to finalize negotiations before the
team departs to Spain to begin preparations for
the tournament which starts on 17th January,
2015.
