Former Black Stars defender Joe Addo says he expects Hearts duo of Samudeen Ibrahim and Richard Akrofi to make the next list of Black Stars call up.
Both Akrofi and Samudeen have started the Premier League on a broght note with Samudeen winning the Player of the Match on his debut against New Edubiase.
Akrofi’s chemistry with Robin Gnagne has seen the Phobians keeping clean sheets in their first two matches.
And Addo in an interview with Boss fm said, “Players like Richard Akrofi and Samudeen Ibrahim as players in the local league, who can make it in the Black Stars squad.”
“Ibrahim is a talented footballer whilst Akrofi will easily fit in at the back four.”
“Some of the players who get the national call-ups just warm the bench and should be replaced with talented players from the domestic league instead,” Addo argued.
