Bechem United chief Kingsley Owusu-Achiaw has accused Ghana FA boss Kwesi Nyantakyi of masterminding a heavy sanction imposed on two match officials.
Owusu Achiaw claims the Ghanaian FA leader instigated the six-match ban imposed on referee Alex Nsiah and his assistant Shine Ayitey during a Premier League game involving his side and Wa All Stars.
Nyantakyi has constantly been accused of intimidating referees who officiate Wa All Stars game with several of them being punished.
And Bechem United president Kingsley Owusu-Achiaw claims Nyantakyi is responsible for the latest action against the match officials.
"I am being emphatic on this issue of match fixing and I can confidently say Nyantakyi hates me personally and my club that's why he is treating us this way" he told Angel FM
"His influence lead to the ban of the referee Alex Nsiah.
"I was expecting him to call me and ask whether the penalty awarded against Wa All during our league game was penalty or not.
"He started this attitude of alleging us with match fixing scandal after thrashing Wa All Stars 3-1 at Bechem."
This is not the first time the Ghana FA chief has come under line of fire for instigating bans against referees who officiate in games involving his club Wa All Stars.
William Agbovi was handed an eight-game ban for his performance in Medeama's 1-0 win over Wa All Stars last month.
